This role ensures accurate data collection, timely ordering, and smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities to keep fleet operations running efficiently. How you will do it Order Management & Coordination: Collect and validate all required information for vehicle orders, including specifications and upfitting requirements. Ensure orders are submitted accurately and on time to meet operational deadlines. Internal Support: Serve as the primary resource for managers and drivers, answering questions related to ordering, timelines, and vehicle configurations. Provide guidance on fleet policies and processes to ensure compliance and consistency. Upfitting Accuracy: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to confirm upfitting details and ensure vehicles meet operational needs.
