Hiring Fabricators

Our growing manufacturing team in Pueblo is looking for Fabricators/Welders to join our team. You'll work with mild steel (and some stainless), perform MIG welding, and handle material prep, grinding, sanding, and layout tasks. Entry level welders are welcome to apply!

Location: Pueblo, Colorado

Shift & Pay:

A & B Shifts: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (rotating 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.)

Pay: $22+/hr (DOE)

C Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (Mon-Wed + every other Thu)

Pay: $25+/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless components

Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work

Maintain welding equipment and manage consumables

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Collaborate with team members in a high-volume production setting

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SAW, MIG, TIG, and/or Oxy-Acetylene welding

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

Basic computer literacy

Familiarity with welding and manufacturing concepts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
