As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and contribute to a secure environment through teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and providing a visible presence.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents or concerns.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
