As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Control in Saint Marys, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for a leading manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $14.71 / Hour

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
