What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying the credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal guidelines.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters and maintain a visible presence.

Follow all client-specific procedures and protocols relevant to a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
