Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role will take place out of our facility in Cleveland, TN.

The Warehousing Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations and inventory control within our supply chain. This person will be responsible for managing efficiency for end-to-end warehouse management. The role will have key responsibility of overseeing a robust inventory control procedure - including leading key inventory related initiatives, supporting the cycle count program and driving efficient procedures for accuracy improvement. This role requires a dynamic leader with a blend of analytical, organizational and leadership skills to manage people and processes effectively.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83000 - $122000 a year.

What you'll do:

Operational Management - Plan, organize, and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving at the WH, daily warehousing activities and Q69 operations.

Inventory Control - Drive cycle counting at the WH, plant to ensure high inventory accuracy - analyze data, determine root causes and define sustainable corrective actions with the respective teams.

Process Improvements - Developing and implementing efficient inventory control procedures, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement and reduce waste or shrinkage.

Milk Run, ePick Process - Ensuring an effective milk run between the WH and the plant - focusing on minimizing excess inventory, supporting JIT principles

Collaboration - Coordinate effectively with logistics, procurement and operations.

Leadership Skills - Team engagement, managing warehouse and inventory teams, fostering culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

A Bachelor's from an accredited institution.

At least 3 years of operations, logistics, or warehousing experience.

No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Cleveland, TN facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration from an accredited institution.

At least 1 year of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Mapics.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems.

Strong data analysis, forecasting skills.

Knowledge of supply chain management.

Understanding of lean inventory practices.

Organization, planning and time management abilities.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Problem solving, critical thinking

Attention to detail, accuracy, out of box thinking.
