Job Title: Project AdministratorJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Administrator, where you will support the daily functions of our project management team. Your role will involve providing routine administrative assistance to both internal and external project management team members. You will play a crucial part in organizing and filing data and documentation from various sources to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communication needs of projects.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the project management team.

Collect, process, input, organize, and file data and documentation.

Work closely with vendors to obtain submittals and collect purchase orders.

Collaborate with subcontractors and keep project schedules up to date.

Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage project deliverables, including updating project dashboards and electronically processing documents such as submittals, pay applications, bills of sale, and compliance documentation.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in project administration and scheduling.

Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Quick adaptability to new computer applications.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the project management team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in construction administration is beneficial.

Understanding of construction projects.

Experience with submittal processing is an advantage.

Work Environment

The role involves working on commercial construction projects outside of Tulsa, specifically at a data center in Muskogee, OK. You will be supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of early finishes depending on team requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskogee, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
