Description We are looking for a detail-oriented entry-level Accountant to join our team in Irvine, California. This is a Contract to permanent position where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting essential accounting functions. Responsibilities:

Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records to ensure accuracy in accounting processes.

Process payroll transactions and manage associated entries efficiently.

Handle vendor payments and support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

Assist with audits and month-end closings by preparing necessary documentation.

Utilize NetSuite to manage accounting activities and streamline operations.

Collaborate with senior team members to execute special projects and improve workflows.

Ensure compliance and diligence in all financial transactions and reporting.

Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.

Contribute to general ledger management and ensure proper documentation of entries. Requirements - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Ability to effectively manage payroll, vendor transactions, and reconciliations.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting systems is preferred.

Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desire to learn, grow, and contribute within a team-oriented environment.
