Receptionist/ Resident PIAShift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMRate: $18/hr.

JOB SUMMARY:

Greets visitors to facility ensuring proper sign in/out procedures are followed. Follows building security protocols to ensure resident safety. Answers phones and transfers calls to appropriate resident room or department. Performs administrative duties for all departments as requested. As well as maintaining personal resident bank accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting and greeting visitors as they come in the building and directing them where they need to go.

Answer phones and directing calls to the correct extension.

Answer any questions from visitors and phone calls.

Maintains personal incidental accounts.

Manage all transactions including withdrawals and deposits.

Sends quarterly statements to Family/Representative.

Sends out quarterly balances to the counties.

Operates office equipment such as computers, copy machine, and postage machine.

Balancing accounts to match corporates monthly balances.

Works closely with family, Business office manager, and Corporate representative.

Skills Needed:

Basic Customer services skills

Basic office duties

Computer and Microsoft 360 skills

Basic book keeping skills

Qualifications

Education

Required

High School or better
