Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Administrator in Louisville, KY! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our supply chain operations, including purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory management. In this role, you will ensure accurate release and follow-up of raw material purchase orders, coordinate timely shop order releases, and help maintain smooth manufacturing workflows. In this Role, Your responsibilities will be:
Using MAX Order Navigator to create daily shop order releases and distribute to the production floor.
Completes daily review of sales orders to ensure that all dates were changed and are in line with raw material availability and production resources
Prepare and electronically distribute shop order packages daily to production.
Prepare and send MRB reports (non-confirming material) to suppliers. Work with the quality team to have the material returned or disposed of.
Confirm, as needed, all purchase order acknowledgements from suppliers
Review daily open purchase order report to follow-up on any past due orders
Provide support on an as needed basis for all administrative duties as assigned, e.g., spreadsheet updates
Perform back-up duties for the Purchasing Coordinator as needed during their absence
Perform back-up duties for the Production Scheduler as needed during their absence
Daily review of defective material being returned to suppliers
Daily review of sales orders entered by sales the previous day for accurate ship dates based on personnel scheduling and component part availability
Prepare Late Order Report and forward to appropriate management members daily
Review the MAX Order Navigator daily to identify best scheduling practices
Prepare and distribute the daily Production schedule according to the required ship dates, component availability, production personnel available, and the urgency of the customer involved
Prepare and distribute the main product line production demand form in advance of the days following production
Who you are:
You are an individual that has customer focus, the ability to collaborate with others and is willed to take action.
For this role, you will need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong written and oral communications skills
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Forklift operation
Must be a self-starter and able to perform without direct supervision
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
