The Role

Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Must Have

2 Years with Bachelor of Science degree in related field; 0 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree

Nice to Have

Previous shipbuilding experience is highly desired with experience in 4160V-450V distribution switchboards, 4160V and APS transformers, HVAC/motor controller system design. A qualified candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD and familiar with SDRL and CDRL development. It is preferred that the candidate has experience in the design and development of power systems and equipment. A current security clearance is also a plus; some travel may be required.
