As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. This role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any security-related concerns.

Document and report security-related incidents, unusual observations, and maintenance issues as required by site procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals to designated areas and communicating with emergency personnel as needed.

Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal personnel to maintain a secure environment in the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
