Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gaffney, South Carolina, on a Contract to permanent position. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth office operations and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and delivering outstanding service.

Manage and organize administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

Communicate with clients to gather additional information or clarify details as needed.

Maintain accurate records and perform thorough data entry to support office functions.

Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Oversee the proper handling of confidential information and uphold compliance with administrative regulations.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events to streamline workflows.

Support office management with administrative oversight and problem-solving.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any administrative challenges.

Contribute to improving office processes and procedures for enhanced productivity. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with administrative law and office regulations.

Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.

Experience in administrative oversight and management.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team objectives.
