As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. Your presence and attention to detail will support daily operations, while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

A Valid Driver's License is required

Must be comfortable using computers or tablets

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related operations of the site.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and helping to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and working with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
