As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Channahon, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.83 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

Work collaboratively with site staff and visitors, maintaining a professional presence while supporting security-related needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
