Position

Administrative Assistant

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland

Security Clearance: Active Clearance or Eligible to Obtain - U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Depending on Experience and Education

Travel: 0%

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Applied Technology Sector located in Churchville, MD. You will be able to advance your career while becoming an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provides administrative and office management support.

Ensures staff are appropriately equipped to execute the organizational mission.

Ensures compliance with DoD security, safety, and occupational health standards.

Maintains operations schedules/visits/tours.

Prepare for internal and external meetings and workshops.

Prepares correspondence and reports.

Be eligible to secure a Secret security clearance.

Minimum Qualifications of Administrative Assistant This is an Entry Level position.

Business Communications.

Accounting/Budgeting Management.
