Position Summary...

Your OKRs will be directly tied to the value you create for our most loyal customers, and you will play a critical role in shaping how millions of members experience Walmart+.
As part of the Walmart+ Customer Product team, your charter will be to design and optimize best-in-class member experiences across a wide range of customer needs. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Test Managers, and cross-functional business partners to elevate the site and app experience across key Walmart verticals. Your work will influence experiences across the mobile app, online grocery, curbside pickup, and delivery, helping customers before they enter the store, during their shopping journey, and after purchase.
In this role, you will analyze large-scale clickstream and behavioral data to understand how customers interact with Walmart's digital platforms, identify user pain points, and surface opportunities to build more intuitive, inspiring, and frictionless experiences. You will bring a strong experimentation mindset, using rigorous measurement and causal inference to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
What you'll do...
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive data-informed decisions that improve the Walmart+ member experience
Analyze clickstream and behavioral data to understand user journeys, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for product improvement
Perform funnel analysis, conversion analysis, and impact sizing to influence prioritization and roadmap planning
Define and own product success metrics and ensure alignment with business and customer goals
Design and analyze A/B experiments to quantify the impact of new features and experiences
Apply causal inference techniques for observational analyses where experimentation is not feasible
Use statistical power analysis and hypothesis testing to guide experimentation strategy and decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using data visualization tools such as Tableau to monitor product performance and trends
Leverage SQL and scripting languages (Python or R) to perform deep analytical work
Apply AI/ML techniques for behavioral analysis, user segmentation, and identifying optimization opportunities
What you'll bring...
4+ years of experience in Product Data Science, Analytics, or a related role
Strong experience working with large-scale clickstream and behavioral datasets
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying causal inference methods
Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven analysis
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau
Working knowledge of AI/ML techniques for user segmentation and behavioral insights
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex analysis into clear product recommendations

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
