Job Description
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to support our Minotaur business unit in our Columbia, MD location.
This role is a critical and highly visible position that requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage ambiguity, and consistently operates with discretion and foresight.
The ABP acts as a true extension of the executive, driving operational efficiency for the business unit, entry of data to support operations, the conduit for visitors and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational priorities.
This is a full-time onsite position Monday - Friday.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a face-paced tech environment
Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise high-level discretion
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a US level secret clearance
Preferred Requirements
Currently possesses an active US level secret clearance
Physical Requirements
Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines. Maximum lifting required is approximately 40 pounds from floor to three feet in height.
