Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth flow of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to seek out tasks during slower periods while maintaining a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records.

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.

Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team members.

Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to create and edit documents.

Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs.

Maintain an organized work environment by organizing supplies and resources.

Monitor office systems and report issues as needed.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to handle calls and interact with clients or visitors.

Capable of managing travel arrangements and coordinating schedules.

Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.

Self-starter with the ability to seek out tasks and work independently.
