Administrative Assistant - SAP!

This is a great opportunity to work on the Global Distribution Control team in Marlborough, MA. The primary focus of this role is to manage distribution controls within SAP, ensuring all products have the right certifications prior to shipping. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Enter data into the SAP system while verifying information and ensuring documents are in compliance with requirements.

Verify, correct, and consolidate data received from several sources before entering; delete unnecessary data and request missing information for incomplete documents.

Review and resolve inconsistencies using standard data entry procedures.

Enter information into specific SAP fields to control product distribution or complete forms from recorded material.

Address any non-conformances and update the required systems accordingly while maintaining files and proofreading reports.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

2-3 years of experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.) is a must.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong Excel skills (test scores must be provided).

2-4 years of experience with computer systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Applicants must be local to Marlborough, MA, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Ability to work independently using written instructions with high attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay starting at $30.85 per hour.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Pay Details: $30.85 per hour
