Join our dynamic team at Juncos, PR, where we are committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supply Chain to execute predefined inventory and production strategies and ensure that our supply meets predefined inventory targets.

Job Summary:

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for planning work orders and executing strategies that align with our inventory and production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly and monthly capacity planning to ensure operational efficiency.

Support product launches and revisions, collaborating closely with various departments.

Represent the planning department in short-term improvement initiatives, as well as planning and product meetings within Operations.

Manage the planning of both standard and non-standard production orders to meet demand.

Oversee short-term capacity planning and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands.

Manage inventory of finished goods and intermediates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Communicate and manage critical items within the internal organization to mitigate risks.

Maintain Material and Production Master Data Management to uphold data integrity.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of directly related work experience; OR

Associate's Degree with 2 years of directly related work experience; OR

Bachelor's Degree with 6 months of directly related work experience; OR

Master's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience using SAP for supply chain management.
