JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join our team as a Membership Services Representative
and play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service while
supporting the daily operations of our Welcome Desk! In this exciting
role, you\'ll ensure that guests have a seamless experience from start
to finish. You\'ll handle everything from memberships and sales to
providing insightful tours that attract new members. Your
responsibilities will include processing payments, handling customer
inquiries, and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.
You\'ll help with customer retention by keeping memberships up to date,
assisting with calls, and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked Welcome Desk.
We are currently looking for someone to work flexible hours weekdays,
weeknights and Saturdays up to 18 hour per week. There is a need to be
available 2-3 Saturdays a month. The pay rate for this position is
\$16.61/hour. A shift differential of \$1.00 per hour is paid for all
shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday. If you\'re friendly,

SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Membership Services Representative\'s
primary responsibilities are the execution of the day to day operations
and workflow of the Welcome Desk and to deliver high quality customer
service at all times. This individual must be knowledgeable on facility
programs, able to communicate that knowledge effectively, and be able to
complete the necessary paperwork and computer transactions associated
