PURPOSE/SUMMARY Providing technical and tactical support to the Waupun Operations Team with the goal of being \"best in class\" in the introduction and effectiveness of Tenneco EH&S strategies. Acting as bridge between the Global EH&S team and the manufacturing plants, with a focus on Plant execution EH&S initiatives. Esures compliance with applicable codes, and all environmental regulations as well as best practices are met and /or exceeded. Promotes the maintenance of a environmentally, healthy, safe and accident free work environment. Carries out these responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws by performing the following duties personally or with the assistance of available internal or external resources II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Focus on execution / implementation of the Tenneco EH&S strategy into Waupun Manufacturing plants, as defined by the global EH&S team and the local Operations leadership. Alignment across the plant of the actions required to achieve zero incidents. Responsible for working safely, adhering to the facility\'s environmental, health and safety policies and procedures and continually monitoring the work environment to identify and communicate to supervisor / manager current or potential environmental, health or safety concerns. Responsible for the maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management Program as specified by the management systems and technical specifications.
