Applications Systems Analyst to join our talented Information Technology
team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work
environment. This role is responsible for all current capabilities,
usability, and future implementation plans for the application
platform(s) assigned. They are responsible for communication between the
business, IT teams, and vendors. How you\'ll create opportunities in
this Applications Systems Analyst role: Application Management: Serve as
the escalation point for the Service Desk on outages, issues, questions,
and requests related to supported applications. Monitor and manage
application platforms to ensure full functionality and availability for
business operations. Collect, evaluate, and coordinate enhancement
requests across business units. Implement application configuration
changes as part of scheduled releases. Act as the point person for
coordinating patching, releases, and development efforts with vendors
and IT teams. Test critical business functions and provide final
approval for successful implementations. Serve as the primary contact
with application vendors, maintaining awareness of current contracts,
licensing details, and planned release functionality. Represent
supported applications in change control meetings. Operations: Assist in
estimating effort for enhancements and system changes. Create release
notes to communicate fixes and new capabilities to business users.
Collaborate with IT Trainers to produce user documentation and self-help
resources. Review business requirement qualification documentation from
Business Analysts to ensure alignment with platform direction. Moderate
