Info Services, LLC has an opening for the position of Automation Engineer (Ref# AE1215AJ).

Work Location: Livonia, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Responsible for QA (quality assurance) automation including Salesforce testing, automation testing, and back-end testing. Write effective manual and automated test cases and automated test frameworks as per the business requirements. Develop and maintain test automation framework using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG. Work with QA Engineers and Developers to implement broad architectural changes affecting multiple functional areas. Participate in designing and code reviews of Salesforce CRM product changes. Implement, maintain, and administer Salesforce.com applications including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, record @types, page layouts, reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, sharing rules, security settings, and user profiles. Perform functional, UAT, regression, accessibility, smoke, installation, compatibility, back-end, ad-hoc, and end-user testing of the Salesforce platform. Support business users / end users to develop the user acceptance test cases, test data, and troubleshoot the defects. Manage and push the tested automation scripts to GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. Prepare test summary report, test closure report, and test metrics and manage the defects. Ensure that applicable non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.) are evaluated within the scope of test activities. Work with Scrum teams to develop, maintain, execute, and automate test cases to ensure the builds meet the highest levels of quality. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies. Use of Salesforce, Java, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, JIRA, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Oracle, SQL Server, and Windows.

Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Test Analyst, QA Engineer, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with automating test cases. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
