As a Branch Operations Specialist, you'll be the face of the branch-handling financial transactions, assisting members with inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

Branch Operations Specialist (Contractor)

Location: Beaufort, South Carolina

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour

Work Arrangement: On-site during branch operations

What You'll Do:

Provide top-notch customer service to members in person.

Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, and credit cards.

Detect and respond to potential fraud or account irregularities.

Navigate multiple systems with ease while maintaining accuracy.

Recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

What We're looking for:

GED or High School required

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in computers and banking software.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Required: Cash-handling experience in a high-volume setting.

Preferred: Customer service experience in banking or financial services.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Beaufort, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
