Position Overview:

Assist Regional Director and Regional Management Team in the execution of administrative functions in the department or area managed.

Position Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data and prepares reports required.

Route documents according to instructions for appropriate review, correction or signature.

Coordinate travel arrangements and/or arrange meetings.

Maintain an organized filing system for department record.

Ensure that both incoming and outgoing correspondence is distributed timely and accurately

Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support.

Data entry/word processing as required.

Act as liaison for Regional Director and other departments in researching questions accurately and expediently.

Practice good judgment, discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.

Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

Associate's degree preferred.

1-2 years office administration experience.

Ability to use standard office equipment, including computer input and output devices.

Skilled in the use of Excel and other computer programs.

Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify trends.

Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.

Ability to organize, plan and perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.
