Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with engineering and procurement during specification, RFQ, and ordering of long-lead OFCI equipment

Assume full ownership post-PO for all assigned OFCI equipment

Act as the single point of contact with vendors for manufacturing progress, submittals, FAT readiness, and delivery commitments

Track and manage equipment schedules, proactively flagging risks to project milestones

Coordinate logistics, delivery sequencing, and site readiness with construction and logistics teams

Resolve vendor issues, deviations, damages, or delays through close follow-up and escalation

Execute formal handoff of equipment to construction teams with complete documentation and readiness confirmation

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

5+ years' experience managing OFCI / long-lead equipment on large capital or EPC projects

Strong understanding of engineering-procurement-construction handoffs

Proven experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Solid grasp of equipment schedules, logistics, and risk management

Ability to communicate clearly with engineering, procurement, and construction teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple equipment packages simultaneously

Needing experience in handling Mechanical and/or Electrical Equipment.
