Saladino Property Maintenance seeks 8 temp FT Landscape Laborers from 03/15/26 to 12/1/2026. Duties: landscape, install lawns & maintain, trim, weed, mulch, mow grass, trim bushes & trees, plant flowers, bushes, & trees, water plant material, fertilize & rake lawns. Must be able to use mower, weedeater, rake, hoe, & aerator. Employer will provide worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform duties assigned. No exp. req. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Worksite 2135 RT 100, Jacksonville, VT 05452 and other worksites in multiple cities and towns in Windham County. \$21.50/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-5pm. OT may be available at \$32.25/hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from worksite in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts.
