CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones and deliverables

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications between teams

Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports

Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation

Identify and mitigate risks and delays by supporting issue resolution

Collaborate across departments to keep projects aligned and moving forward

Support the Project Manager in day-to-day administration and decision-making

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or project management a plus but not required

2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role (project-based work preferred)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or similar)

Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional team
