Position Overview: The Print Operator is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and use problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties / Responsibilities

Set up and operate insert machines (DMM Direct has Pitney Bowes,

Gunther, and Bell & Howell inserters).

Work jobs with Ironsides technology when required.

Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure it runs

efficiently.

Conduct quality checks throughout the insert run.

Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate

paperwork.

Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate

channels.

Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.

Act as backup for fulfillment and belter during downtime or as

needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned to help DMM attain its

corporate goals.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Experience using Gunther, Pitney, and/or Bell and Howell inserters

highly desired but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand up to 10 hours each day.

Periodic physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending,

standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stooping.

Work Environment

Normal exposure to office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
