As a Donated Goods Retail (DGR) Associate, you are on the front lines of helping prepare donations from the community for sale and ensuring our donors and shoppers feel appreciated. You may assist in various aspects of our retail operation including running the cash register; processing donations; stocking the salesfloor in an organized manner; and assisting in routine housekeeping.

The job is Full-Time (Part-Time will be considered if desired) with pay starting no lower than $12 an hour. Paychecks are deposited weekly. New employees will be eligible for a 25-cent raise after the 90-day probationary period and a 25-cent raise after six months.

All staff are eligible to participate in our 403(b) plan and full-time employees receive paid time off and are eligible for several benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

The ideal associate will have a pleasant personality, be able to follow instructions, and work independently as well as be a team player. Prior experience with production is preferred but not required. Other key qualifications include:

Pleasant personality and neat appearance.

Will be subject to the company's random drug testing procedures.

Must pass a Goodwill-approved criminal background check and not appear on any government registries that track abusers or other such offenses.
