Job Description:Job Title: FIG Solutions StructuringCorporate Title: DirectorLocation: New York, NYOverviewAs a Director in FIG Solutions Structuring, you will partner with a cross functional team to work on insurance and asset-management related financing trades for Deutsche Bank balance sheet. Also, you will lead the structuring and capital raising of transactions for strategic reinsurance vehicles and sidecars. Knowledge of sidecar market trends are critical- Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VBA is a plus)- Financial modeling, communication, and interpersonal skills- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through- Strong ability to manage multiple projectsSkills That Will Help You Excel- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken- Self-motivated- Self-starterExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $200,000 to $387,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
