As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Sat02:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial facility, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.

Assist in implementing and following all site-specific security-related procedures and protocols related to access control.

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing questions and offering directions as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.

Document all access control activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal guidelines.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to report and address any security-related issues or unusual activities.

Minimum Requirements:

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
