Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Pay: $27/hr + shift differential

Position Overview
The Maintenance Mechanic ensures high performance, safety, and reliability across manufacturing equipment and production lines. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and support efficient, continuous operations.
You will work across a variety of production lines, providing technical support where needed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Complete repairs and implement corrective actions to restore optimal functionality.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Conduct performance testing to ensure machinery meets operational standards.
Set up equipment for production lines according to setup sheets.
Ensure adherence to GMPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Provide floating support across multiple lines (up to 10 running simultaneously).
Preferred Technical Background
Experience or knowledge in the following areas is highly beneficial:
Electrical and controls systems
Packaging, conveyors, filling, labeling, capping, blending operations
Class 1 flammability environments (alcohol-based products)
General GMP compliance
All tools are provided-no personal equipment required.
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical maintenance
Experience
Required: 1-3 years in manufacturing maintenance or a similar field
Preferred: 1-3 years working with hydraulic and electrical system maintenance
Skills & Competencies
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Preventive maintenance expertise
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to interpret technical documentation
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Solid mathematical aptitude
Commitment to safety and compliance
Licenses & Certifications (Preferred)
OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety Training
Basic Life Support (BCLS) Certification
