Senior / Staff Accountant - Injection Molding Manufacturer Location: Pittsfield, MA Salary: \$65,000-\$75,000 (depending on experience) Are you an analytical, detail-driven accounting professional looking to grow your career with a stable, privately held manufacturing company? Our client, a respected injection molding manufacturer, is seeking a Senior or Staff Accountant to join their financial team and play a key role in supporting daily operations and long-term financial success. What You\'ll Do Reporting to the Controller, you will be a critical part of the finance department, working hands-on across the full accounting cycle. Responsibilities include: - Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks - Preparing weekly Accounts Payable - Conducting account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial data - Analyzing and communicating financial results to management - Coordinating and reviewing financial reports and backup documentation as needed - Supporting ongoing process improvements and special projects - Participating in periodic compensated overtime during peak cycles This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term home.
