As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Anaheim, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual observations.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security-related presence.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address security-related needs and provide assistance as needed.

Assist with access control and visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry and support a welcoming environment for guests.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
