As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the government facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe activities around the location to help to deter unwanted behaviors and report any suspicious activity.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Work collaboratively with site staff and/or law enforcement as required to address security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
