Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative- Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences

Are you passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional customer support? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire Customer Service Representative who are motivated, compassionate, and ready to make a difference every day!

This role begins onsite for training and transitions to fully remote once training is successfully completed.

Position Highlights

Pay: $ 17.00/hr

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (4-6 weeks onsite)

Permanent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM (REMOTE)

Location (training): Louisville, KY

Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers

Deliver an effortless, empathetic customer service experience

Provide accurate information and resolve patient inquiries

Process medication refills and schedule shipments

Document interactions and follow company policies & procedures

Offer clear next steps and follow-up support

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Required Skills

Prior call center experience preferred

Healthcare or pharmacy experience a plus

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to @type 35+ WPM

Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required by start date

Ability to work set schedules and attend onsite training

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
