Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a team on a contract basis in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers in the vehicle aftermarket sector, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues effectively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic team environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and E-Mail, ensuring a detail-oriented and supportive approach.

Process customer orders accurately using proprietary order management systems.

Manage product returns and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.

Address and resolve customer concerns, providing clear solutions and maintaining satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions for reporting purposes.

Utilize call center software to track tickets and monitor customer service metrics.

Stay informed about aftermarket vehicle parts and services to assist customers effectively.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy.

Familiarity with processing returns and warranty claims.

Ability to quickly learn and use proprietary order management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
