Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our first shift team. This role focuses on inventory management, accurate documentation, and clear communication with leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Service and/or deliver product to maintain customers.

Scan and download product the same day and service according to customer needs.

Make changes to schematics to ensure the bin management system is properly maintained.

Write up credits promptly and accurately.

Document and problem solve customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Keep appropriate team members informed on any/all customer issues.

Complete CMSP notes within the same business week.

Assist and maintain set up of bin management systems as needed.

Perform daily inventory counts, cycle audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records and notes on stock movement, damages, and adjustments.

Communicate inventory status and issues to management and team leads.

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely.

Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.

All other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Product knowledge is a plus.

Customer service skills.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to follow through on project completion.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.

Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Work Environment

This position operates in a customer manufacturing environment, utilizing equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may encounter bright lighting, blue light from computer screens, repetitive low to mid-volume sounds from forklifts and packaging machines, varying temperatures, and exposure to various metals.

This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
