As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Santa Ana, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, primarily by driving, while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facility and report findings according to site protocols.

Assist with controlling access to the premises and verifying the identification of individuals entering the location.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters.

Document incidents and maintain accurate records as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

This is primarily a driving post.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
