Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports Senior Division Chief and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

High School Diploma

Associates Degree in Administrative Support (Preferred)

Experience:

Five years of administrative support experience.

Previous experience in records management.

Skills & Technology Used:

Must possess basic information technology skills. Be able to perform basic functions of a PC.

Master at time management for self and when constructing Division Chief's schedule.

Must display interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communications and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
