We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our Data and Analytics Support Team. In this dynamic role, you will guide and collaborate with a technical team on the planning, budgeting, design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Microsoft Power Platform, while also driving the development of an advanced enterprise analytics strategy. As a working supervisor, you will dedicate up to 40% of your time to directly overseeing and supporting the Power Platform.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Coaching, mentoring, training, and guiding performance for the Data and Analytics Support team through empowerment and encouragement while establishing and driving toward deadlines
Collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to provide value-added services and systems to the organization
Ensuring quality design, implementation, integration, deployment, and administration of IT systems, computer applications, and related programming
Monitoring and measuring service level agreements (SLAs) and project deliverables, along with monitoring vendor services and performance
Researching and tracking industry trends and technology advancements
Ensuring key customer and operational metrics are met, and business value is achieved
Partnering with key stakeholders by conducting regular service level reviews with business service owners and managers
Collaborating with key business stakeholders to lead the development of an advanced enterprise data analytics strategy
Who You Are
Relevant and progressively responsible leadership experience within an Information Technology environment
A bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is valued
Experience with on-prem and cloud technologies is valued
Experience in ITIL, Change Management, and Release Management processes is valued
Knowledge of systems analysis, requirements gathering, and the systems development lifecycle is valued
Knowledge of financial human analytical systems and asset management systems is valued

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
