Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading the strategic creation and delivery of automated reporting solutions across Global Information Security. The Senior Report Automation Lead will drive the implementation of best practices, oversee technical governance, and provide leadership and coaching to a team of report automation analysts. The role ensures scalable, self-service business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, creation, and deployment of automated reporting and business intelligence solutions.
Define and enforce standards, frameworks, and best practices for report automation.
Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Create and maintain automated ETL processes across multiple data platforms, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and fit for use.
Serve as a technical mentor and coach, fostering growth in both technical and business acumen across the team.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
Support understanding of team capacity and resource planning across key deliverables and projects to ensure consistent delivery and quality.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation, to support efficiencies and improved methodologies.
