Construction Project Manager - Power Generation

Location: Lueders, TX

Pay Rate : $47-$51 per hour

Work Type: Onsite

Overview

Kelly® is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support a large-scale facility in Leuders, TX . This is a 100% onsite role for an experienced construction professional who will manage projects and oversee the commissioning of power generation systems that support the facilities operations.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

Lead construction activities for infrastructure projects Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Oversee commissioning activities for power generation and critical infrastructure systems Ensure systems supporting the facility (power, backup generation, electrical, and cooling) are tested and ready for operation Provide clear project updates to leadership and project sponsors Enforce safety and quality standards on site

Required Qualifications

You must have:

5-10 years of construction project management experience Proven experience overseeing commissioning of power generation, electrical, HVAC, or critical infrastructure systems (required) Experience working in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial environments (strongly preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully onsite construction environment
