We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team in Woodbury, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office management. Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.

Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring they receive proper assistance.

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible.

Support team members by preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks effectively.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
