Provides administrative support to ensure efficient support of operations for four Directors, Practice Operations for Atlantic Medical Group. This is full time, onsite position at corporate office located in Morristown, NJ. Hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm.

Employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality. Including support in the areas of : Medical Sub-Specialties including: Oncology, Neuro & Cardiology. Primary Care including Peds, Ortho, Geriatrics & Western Region

Answers and direct phone calls

Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments

Maintains contact lists

Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Orders office supplies

Books travel arrangements

Submits and reconciles expense reports

Provides general support to visitors

Provides information by answering questions and requests

May research and create presentations

Generates reports

Handles multiple projects

Prepares and monitors invoices

Other duties as assigned

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area.

Preferred:

Communication (Written & Verbal): Clear, professional emails, reports, and phone etiquette; active listening is key.

Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, teamwork, and managing internal/external client interactions.

Discretion & Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with utmost integrity.

Professionalism: Maintaining a positive, composed demeanor, even under pressure.
