Description

We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves supporting financial advisors and ensuring exceptional client experiences within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to financial advisors by managing client relationships and addressing inquiries.

Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain and update financial records.

Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance.

Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making for financial advisors.

Requirements

Ability to report on-site 100%.

Strong proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping.

Ability to manage customer accounts effectively and professionally.

Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
