Looking for Commercial Supply Chain - T&A, 2TS to join us for a fulltime, role in Troy, MI

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning & Coordination

Develop and maintain supply chain plans aligned with commercial objectives.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking & Analysis (T&A)

Monitor supply chain performance metrics (inventory levels, lead times, cost efficiency).

Use data analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on KPIs and trends.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Negotiate service agreements and resolve operational issues.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.

Technology & Process Improvement

Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP systems, automation tools).

Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain resilience.

Required Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Experience: 3-6 years in supply chain or commercial operations roles.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Performance Metrics

On-time delivery rate

Inventory turnover

Cost savings achieved through process optimization

Supplier performance scorecards
